Order Details & Delivery Fees
- Free Delivery: Spend HKD$250 or more (minimum two packs for express shipping) and enjoy free delivery.
- Minimum Order: Each order requires a minimum purchase of two packs.
- For Orders Below HKD$250: A delivery fee of HKD$30 will apply.
Delivery Schedule & Process
- Order Processing Time: Response within 24 hours.
- Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday during business hours. No delivery on Sundays.
- Delivery Time: For non-remote areas in Hong Kong, items will arrive within 1-2 business days from the shipping date.
Tracking Your Order
You can check the latest status of your shipment online using the tracking number provided by our customer service team.
