Below are the detailed warranty processes and policies:

Warranty Process 📦

1.Identify the Issue

For issues such as oil leakage, inability to use cartridges, or charging malfunctions.

2.Contact Customer Service

Contact customer service via WhatsApp to submit product pictures and a description of the issue.

3.Return the Product

Send the defective product back to us.

4.Confirmation and Resolution

After inspection of the defective product, a new replacement product will be sent.

Warranty Coverage

>Vape Pod (Note: Minor oil leakage is considered normal):

  • Oil level must be over half.
  • Collect 3 defective vape pods to apply for warranty.
  • Issues include:
    • Oil leakage
    • Inability to use the vape pod
    • Unusual or altered flavors

>Device:

  • For devices found defective within one month of purchaseone, replacements are free.
  • Effective from the date of purchaseone, a $100 fee will apply for repairs or replacements.
  • Issues include:
    • Inability to use cartridges
    • Charging malfunction

  • Defective products must be retained (packaging is not required).
  • Products with non-human-related defects under normal use (e.g., not water damage or deformation) are all eligible for warranty.

Tips to Avoid Minor Leakage:
Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight:
Store your electronic cigarette at room temperature and avoid excessive heat, which may cause the liquid to expand.

Keep the cartridge upright:
During use and storage, try to keep the cartridge vertical to prevent liquid from flowing into the air holes.

Clean regularly:
Use a cloth or tissue to gently wipe the cartridge and the connection points of the device to keep them clean.
